On November 9, 2015, 16-year-old Tykeem Eskridge was tragically shot and killed in northeast Columbus, Ohio. The incident took place in the parking lot of the Woodland Express store at the intersection of Woodland Avenue and Argyle Avenue, at approximately 6:30 p.m. Tykeem, who was a student at Northland High School, had entered the store with a male friend shortly before meeting the suspects outside.
