Malachi Josiah Pee, a 27-year-old resident of Columbus, Ohio, tragically lost his life on May 18, 2024, in a mass shooting incident. The shooting occurred at approximately 2:45 a.m. outside the MIA Hookah Lounge, located at 132 E. 5th Ave. in the Italian Village area of Columbus. Pee was one of three victims who died in the incident, along with Da'ondre Bullock, 18, and Garcia Dixon Jr., 26. Three other individuals were injured but survived the shooting.
