On September 14, 2009, a tragic incident occurred in Charlotte, North Carolina, resulting in the death of 16-year-old Tiffany Wright, who was eight months pregnant, and her unborn child. Tiffany Wright was shot in the head while waiting for the school bus on Mallard Creek Road in the north part of the city.
