Jessica Smith, a 29-year-old woman, was tragically shot to death on October 17, 2018, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred around 11:20 p.m. near the intersection of Central Avenue and Eastcrest Avenue. Jessica was found with a gunshot wound to the head behind a laundry business and was pronounced dead at the scene.
