Shalecia Shavea Williams, a 21-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on April 28, 2019, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Shalecia was a resident of Charlotte and a 2017 graduate of North Mecklenburg High School. She was employed with First Light Home Care at the time of her passing. Shalecia was a mother to a one-year-old boy, and her untimely death has left a significant impact on her family and friends.
