Donsha Seren Rankin, a 20-year-old African American woman, was tragically shot and killed on September 6, 2016, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred at the Seneca Woods apartments off Park Road. According to reports, Donsha Rankin was pregnant and had just found out that she was expecting a baby girl.
