Vanessa Sarai Santos Garcia, a 14-year-old girl from Charlotte, North Carolina, tragically lost her life on November 27, 2021. The incident occurred shortly before 1:30 p.m. on that day, when officers from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department responded to a call regarding an assault with a deadly weapon on the 2600 block of Olando Street.
