Charlene Ellen Norris, a 79-year-old woman from Charlotte, NC, passed away on June 9, 2016. Her death was the result of a tragic incident involving her husband, Jim Norris. On the night of June 8, 2016, Jim Norris shot and killed Charlene in what he claimed was a "mercy killing" as part of an apparent suicide pact.
