On a summer evening in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, the life of 47-year-old Kevin T. Lucas was brought to a tragic and unexpected end. On June 24, 2026, while walking in Lancaster County Central Park, Lucas was shot and killed in a random act of violence. The male victim was a resident of Lititz and was known as a dedicated family man. His death, which occurred near Williamson Road and Rockford Road, sent shockwaves through the community.
