James Jeffrey Diggs Jr., a 30-year-old man from Lititz, PA, tragically died on December 9, 2022, in Lancaster, PA. His death was ruled a homicide by the Lancaster County Coroner’s office after an autopsy revealed he suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Diggs was killed during a shooting incident that took place in the 400 block of Ruby Street.
