In the late hours of a Wednesday evening in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, the life of a young man was tragically cut short. On September 9, 2015, police responded to reports of shots fired behind an apartment complex on East Fulton Street. There, in the parking lot of the building where he lived, they found 21-year-old Rahdir Jahi Maxton, a male, suffering from a severe gunshot wound to the head.
