Diane Lynn Brooks, a 32-year-old woman, was last seen on September 8, 1995, at a Salvation Army shelter in Austin, Texas. She has not been heard from since that day. Brooks is described as being 5'7" tall, weighing 110 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. She has a noticeable surgical scar under her left breast from heart surgery and a tattoo between her thumb and forefinger.
