Robin Hatcher, a 52-year-old woman from Austin, Texas, was last seen on August 9, 2019, in the 8900 block of North Lamar Boulevard. Her family reported her missing on August 23, 2019, after they had not heard from her for several days. Robin was known to frequent public transportation and was believed to be with her boyfriend, Paul Ray Adams, at the time of her disappearance.
