Luis Oscar Sanchez, a 29-year-old man from Lancaster, PA, tragically lost his life on November 28, 2022. Sanchez was a father of two sons, ages 4 and 12, with another son on the way. He was killed in a shooting incident that occurred around 1:10 a.m. in the 100 block of S. Prince Street. When police arrived at the scene, they found two victims with gunshot wounds.
