On August 2, 2023, 31-year-old Johan G. Parra Rodriguez was fatally shot in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred around 11:53 a.m. in the 400 block of St. Joseph Street, where police found Parra's body next to a parked vehicle. An autopsy later confirmed that he died from a gunshot wound to the back, classifying the death as a homicide.
