Omaly Flores-Sandoval, a 20-year-old male of Mexican ethnicity from Lancaster, PA, tragically passed away on February 6, 2016. He was born on December 2, 1995, in Cholula, Puebla, Mexico, to parents Rosaura Sandoval-Castillo and Honorato Flores. Omaly was known for his loving and caring nature, and his untimely death deeply affected his family and friends.
