Angelo Richardo "Mad Man" Barcenas Torres, a 15-month-old infant, tragically died on October 18, 2022, in Lancaster, PA. He was shot by his 3-year-old cousin inside their residence on Woodward Street. The incident occurred shortly after 7 p.m., when police were called to the scene and found Angelo lying on the floor with a gunshot wound to the face. Emergency Medical Services personnel attempted to treat him, but he was later pronounced dead at the scene.
