Justin S. Halstead, a 29-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity from Lancaster, PA, tragically passed away on August 30, 2017. The circumstances surrounding his death were determined to be a murder-suicide. Justin was fatally shot by his father, Scott M. Halstead, who was 57 years old, before Scott took his own life. The bodies were discovered in their home on Hempfield Hill Road in West Hempfield Township.
