William George Deliz Jr., a 23-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity from Lancaster, PA, tragically passed away on September 5, 2020, three days after sustaining gunshot wounds. The incident occurred on the night of September 2, 2020, outside a residence on East End Avenue in Lancaster. Deliz was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and was taken to a local hospital in a private vehicle. Despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries on September 5, 2020.
