Death by Force

On September 30, 2023, at approximately 1:19 a.m., Lancaster City Bureau of Police officers responded to a reported shooting in the 900 block of South Duke Street in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Upon arrival, they discovered 38-year-old Edward Gardner suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Gardner was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after 2:00 a.m.
