Anthony Marshall, a 44-year-old man from Lancaster, PA, tragically lost his life on June 16, 2019. Marshall, who was known affectionately as "Tinky" by his family, was fatally shot during an altercation that took place on Father's Day. He was at a birthday party in the 600 block of Lafayette Street when an altercation broke out, and he, along with another victim, attempted to break up the fight.
