Domonique Boyer, 27, a Black/African American male from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, was killed in the early morning hours of May 31, 2014, after violence broke out near the 100 block of East Chestnut Street and North Cherry Street in Lancaster City. Police were first sent to the area for a reported fight involving a large crowd, and as officers were responding around 2:10 a.m., the call escalated into a shooting report.
