Pedro Juan Almodovar, a 36-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on September 23, 2019, while sitting in a parked SUV near the Hillrise Apartments in Lancaster, PA. The incident was captured on surveillance cameras, which showed Raymond L. Speller, a 40-year-old Lancaster man, approaching the vehicle and firing a single shot that struck Almodovar in the torso. Almodovar was pronounced dead at the scene.
