Jeremy Torres, a 32-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on November 28, 2014, in Lancaster, PA. He was found in the first block of South Prince Street, suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest. Despite immediate medical attention at Lancaster General Hospital, Torres succumbed to his injuries.
