In the late morning of May 31, 2026, the quiet of a Virginia Beach apartment complex was shattered by tragedy. Responding to a distressing call for a domestic assault in the 5000 block of Magnolia Chase Way, officers from the Virginia Beach Police Department arrived to a grim scene. As they neared the residence, the sound of gunfire erupted. Inside, they discovered the body of 22-year-old Natasha Forbes.
