Frederick Lee Cain, a 41-year-old man, went missing from Lakewood, Colorado, on October 20, 1986. At the time of his disappearance, Cain was living in a healthcare facility located near West Colfax Avenue and Wadsworth Boulevard. On the day he vanished, he had informed other residents that he was going to downtown Denver for an appointment, but he never arrived.
