He left his home on West Iowa Avenue that day, intending to embark on a cross-country road trip in his 1983 Ford Ranger pickup truck, with plans to visit Red Rocks National Monument in Utah. However, it remains uncertain if he ever arrived at his destination, as he was never seen again.
