An 18 yr old is discovered dead under a tree next to a pink and black bike
In the early morning hours of August 14, 2005, a grim discovery was made in the otherwise quiet Kings Grant neighborhood of Virginia Beach. A citizen passing through a traffic circle on Newcastle Road noticed the body of a young woman lying under a tree and immediately called for help. The victim was soon identified as 18-year-old Mary Rachel Carson, a white female known to her friends and family as 'Shellie'.
