A sense of unease settled over the family of Billy Blair, 74, and his wife, Virginia Carol Barnett-Blair, 71, on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, when they were unable to reach the couple. He has been charged as an adult with two counts of capital murder for the deaths of Billy and Virginia Blair.
