Was this 10 year old girl murdered killed by a serial killer in 1971?
Carmen Colón, a 10-year-old girl from Rochester, New York, was tragically murdered after being abducted on November 16, 1971. Colón was running an errand for her grandmother when she disappeared. She was last seen fleeing from a car on a highway, half-naked, desperately attempting to escape her captor. Witnesses on the road saw her but did not intervene, and just two days later, her body was found near Churchville, about 35 miles from Rochester.
