A night of drinking between two brothers in Mesa, Arizona, ended in tragedy, leaving one dead and the other facing a murder charge. In the early morning hours of May 16, 2026, police responded to reports of a shooting at an apartment near University Drive and Greenfield Road. Upon arrival, they found 35-year-old Marco Lozada with a gunshot wound to the stomach. He was rushed to a local hospital in critical condition but ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
