In the early evening of February 6, 2019, a burst of violence shattered the peace at Reed Park in Mesa, Arizona, leaving a young man's life cut tragically short. Responding to reports of a shooting at approximately 5:30 p.m., police officers discovered 26-year-old Billy Lucy suffering from gunshot wounds.
