Donzell Lamar Young Jr., a 33-year-old male, died in Nashville, Tennessee, in the early hours of March 31, 2026, after a confrontation outside the Rodeway Inn on Briley Parkway turned deadly. Police said Young had been visiting the motel when an argument broke out in the parking lot just after midnight. What began as a dispute escalated into gunfire, and Young was struck in the chest.
