Chad Altmon Burnett, a 16-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically lost his life on October 1, 1989, in Nashville, Tennessee. His death was part of a horrific incident that also claimed the lives of his mother, Judith Robirds Smith, and his younger brother, Jason Burnett.
