Mussa Ali Waqo, a 32-year-old resident of Seattle, WA, tragically lost his life on May 16, 2019, following a violent incident that occurred on May 5, 2019. Waqo was shot in the head in a 7-11 parking lot located in the Bitter Lake neighborhood at North 125th Street and Greenwood Avenue North.
