A 39 year old woman's remains are found in a suitcase on the side of a highway
Tanya Rush, a 39-year-old mother of three from Brooklyn, New York, was found brutally murdered on June 27, 2008. Her dismembered body was discovered inside a black suitcase on the side of the Southern State Parkway in North Bellmore, Long Island. Rush had last been seen on June 23, 2008, around 3 a.m. on surveillance footage leaving her Brooklyn apartment. Her murder was particularly gruesome, and investigators initially had few leads to follow.
