Willie Manuel Tobias, a 61-year-old man from McComb, Mississippi, was last seen on July 24, 1993. On that day, he attended a family funeral in McComb and was planning to travel to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, afterward. Tobias was driving a dark blue 1987 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck with temporary license plates, but he never arrived in Baton Rouge and has not been heard from since. His vehicle has also not been recovered.

Tobias has not collected any of his Social Security checks since his disappearance, raising further concern. At the time of his disappearance, Tobias was described as 6'2" tall, weighing 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He had noticeable surgical scars on his abdomen and chest. While there are unconfirmed reports that Tobias may have been involved in drug activity, the case remains unsolved, and no significant leads have emerged in the years since. Investigators in Texas and Louisiana have been involved in the ongoing search for Tobias.

Despite the passage of time, his family and authorities continue to hope for answers regarding his mysterious disappearance.
