Jefferson Raymond West, a 46-year-old man from Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, was last seen on July 2, 2018. He disappeared from in front of a residence in Bay St. Louis, and it remains unclear whether he entered the nearby woods or was picked up by someone. At the time of his disappearance, West left behind essential belongings such as his phone, wallet, car keys, and vehicle. He was last seen wearing a t-shirt, shorts, sneakers, and possibly a red NASCAR baseball cap.
