Glen Allen Fayard, a 53-year-old man from Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, was last seen on October 14, 2006. On that day, a police officer gave him a ride and dropped him off near a trailer on Washington Street, north of U.S. 90. Fayard, who had been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia, was supposed to be on medication, but it is unclear if he had it with him at the time. He lived with his mother and was known to walk around the area, with local police often checking on him or offering him rides. ...
