On May 30, 2026, 37-year-old David Marsh, a resident of Memphis, Tennessee, finished his work on a construction job in Olive Branch, Mississippi, with plans for a weekend trip. After his shift, he and his colleagues stopped at a gas station on Hacks Cross Road.
