In the late afternoon of February 16, 2026, a call about a domestic disturbance led to the tragic death of 33-year-old White male Brian Elliott, a dedicated police officer in his hometown of Beech Grove, Indiana. Officer Elliott and a fellow officer arrived at an apartment on Diplomat Court around 6:00 p.m. to the sound of a woman's cries for help.
