On an autumn evening in the Bronx, a life was tragically cut short in what appears to be a devastating case of mistaken identity. Fareed Adeyi, a 26-year-old male, was fatally shot on Tuesday, October 7, 2025. The incident occurred just before 7 p.m. at 3254 White Plains Road in the Williamsbridge section of the borough.
