Seecharan Ahmad, a 19-year-old from Brooklyn, was fatally shot on September 30, 2015, in the Bronx. The incident occurred when Ahmad, who had an extensive criminal history, left his friends in a silver Dodge Charger on Glebe Avenue and Glover Street in Parkchester to meet someone.
