Charles Wilkins, a 24-year-old resident of the Bronx, New York, tragically lost his life on May 18, 2021. The incident occurred at approximately 11:27 PM at the corner of Willis Avenue and East 137th Street. Police responded to a 911 call reporting a shooting at the location and found two male victims with gunshot wounds.
