Marcus Allen Vargas, a 30-year-old white male from Kents Store, Virginia, died on May 18, 2025, after being shot outside a residence on the 3000 block of Kents Store Way. Deputies were dispatched around 6:14 p.m. for a disturbance, and the 30-year-old male was pronounced dead at approximately 6:31 p.m. from a gunshot wound.
