Jimmy Arevalo, a 32-year-old male, was fatally shot just after midnight on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, while working outside a convenience store on Calumet Street in Houston. According to police, he had been power washing restaurant equipment alone when a gray Toyota Tundra pulled into the lot; after a brief exchange, the driver got out and opened fire.
