Michael Lawson, a 46-year-old man from Houston, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on August 15, 2018, while walking to a convenience store with his 17-year-old son. The incident occurred around 1:10 a.m. in southwest Houston, near Clarke Springs Drive and Reddy Lane. A small, brown, four-door car, possibly a Toyota Camry, pulled up, and someone inside the car fired four shots, killing Lawson. His son was unharmed.
