Death by Force

Christopher Barlow, 47, male, was found shot to death on the morning of August 30, 2025, on the 1900 block of Sussex Street in Richmond’s East End, near the Whitcomb Court neighborhood. Police were dispatched at 8:52 a.m. for a report of a person down and arrived to find Barlow on the ground with an apparent gunshot wound; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
