For decades, he was a nameless victim, a young man whose life was cut short and whose identity was lost to time. It was not until 44 years later that the world would learn the name of Kevin Alvin Jude Carroll, an 18-year-old male who was discovered deceased on December 13, 1978. His story is one of a promising future tragically unfulfilled and a mystery that continues to puzzle investigators.
