Terrell Donnell Howell, 26, a Black male, was shot on the morning of June 5, 2025, inside a home on Byrd Avenue in the village of Lincoln Heights, just north of Cincinnati. Deputies with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office responded around 8:45 a.m., found Howell wounded, and he was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead. Investigators said the shooting was an isolated incident between two people who knew each other.
